Your Mission :

The SAP HCM Consultant will serve as a SAP Payroll Expert within the HR Service Delivery Payroll Team, primarily supporting French accounts. Responsibilities include ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll and time management for multiple pay groups, evaluating payroll schemas, managing overtime, contributions, taxes, customer agreements, legal reporting (DSN), and other post-payroll processes. The role also involves configuring SAP HCM & Payroll to meet business requirements, including schemas, PCRs, wage types, and basic pay configurations.

Main Responsibilities :
  1. Design and implement high-quality system configurations that meet business needs.
  2. Perform configuration tasks for SAP HCM modules related to Payroll evaluation and schemas.
  3. Serve as the Single Point of Contact (Spoc) for one or multiple accounts, coordinating activities and providing technical support to team members.
  4. Lead SAP Payroll Management development, identify and resolve defects.
  5. Analyze payroll and time schemas to troubleshoot discrepancies.
  6. Resolve complex issues related to overtime, social security, legal reporting (DSN), allowances, taxes, and other French payroll specifics.
  7. Participate in SAP HR projects supporting HR Service delivery.
  8. Demonstrate extensive SAP HCM & Payroll configuration expertise.
  9. Have hands-on experience with French Payroll schemas, DSN, sickness processes, PCRs, wage types, and basic pay configurations.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and HCM issues, documenting resolutions accurately and promptly.
Experience and Skills :
  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a technical focus or equivalent experience.
  2. Proven SAP Payroll Management experience.
  3. Specific experience with SAP HCM in French Payroll is required.
  4. Experience with SAP HCM in PA/OM is advantageous.
  5. Knowledge of ABAP programming related to SAP HCM is highly valuable.
  6. Ability to handle confidential information effectively.
  7. Proficiency in SAP, MS Office (Excel, Access, Word), and reporting tools.
  8. Strong strategic and analytical planning skills.
  9. Willingness to travel as needed.
