CyberArk is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and focused Solution Sales Specialist - Workforce & Developers based in the Madrid area.

The Solution Sales Specialist will complement our Solution Sales overlay team, which specializes in selling CyberArk's Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cloud Security, and Endpoint Security solutions.

He or she will be responsible for driving the sales of CyberArk's Workforce & Developer solutions in the Iberia region (Spain and Portugal) and can work from CyberArk's offices in Madrid.

Responsibilities:
  1. Work with the regional sales team to establish and maintain customer relationships at the executive and decision-maker level, including but not limited to CISO, CIO, and other executives responsible for Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Management, Security, Risk, Compliance, and Governance. Meet and exceed sales quotas for CyberArk's IAM, Cloud Security, and Endpoint Security solutions.
  2. Develop and present compelling business cases to customers, maintaining expert-level knowledge of all elements, including drivers of cost, benefits, and risks.
  3. Partner closely with Subject Matter Experts, Solutions Engineers, and Professional Services to align technology architecture with the customer's desired business outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure successful product adoption and full realization of the customer's technology investment.
  5. Work with Channel Partners, Resellers, and System Integrators to penetrate new accounts and extend the reach of CyberArk's Workforce & Developer solutions in the assigned geography.
Qualifications:
  1. At least 10 years of sales experience in Identity and Access Management, Endpoint Security, Cybersecurity, or related markets.
  2. Proven track record of strategic account management and/or overlay software sales, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
  3. Deep knowledge of IAM and Endpoint Security best practices, technologies, and vendors, especially those used in large enterprises for on-premises and cloud environments.
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to audiences ranging from IT staff to business executives.
  5. Ability to travel approximately 40% within the territory and other locations.
  6. Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
