The Growth Marketing Manager Plazo position is responsible for the marketing and growth strategy for the Plazo project in Spain. To achieve sales and growth goals, keep the budget plan agreed with the CMO & Country Manager. Lead the local team and coordinate the strategy in SEO, PPC, Direct Marketing, Affiliates, and other strategic partnerships with the goal to secure growth plans.
Primary Responsibilities
Define Strategic Plan:
Define strategy for company growth and sales targets per product (Plazo)
Define annual budget with targets
Manage online and offline strategy
Negotiation:
Negotiate with partners and potential partners that could help to the company growth
KPIs Monitoring + Reporting:
Analyze results with a business perspective, not only from a marketing point of view, but also implications related to product and risk KPIs
Update daily and weekly reports
Create a specific monthly report for company investors
Participate in the company reporting meetings with top management
Achieve Sales Goals (Monthly + Yearly):

Operations:
Create and prioritize tasks with Product and Risk teams to follow the strategic roadmap to achieve the company’s objectives.
Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge / Abilities:
Knowledge of the latest online marketing trends
Knowledge in marketing management
Knowledge in economics and finance (key to lead growth in FinTech sector)
Knowledge and ability for business administration
Proficiency with Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Jira, and Confluence
Proficiency with online CMS and marketing tools: WordPress, Supermetrics, Semrush, Facebook Ads
Ability to achieve goals and work under pressure
Ability to work independently and lead team members to achieve company growth
Ability to implement a marketing mix strategy in a fast-growing online company
Skills:
Excellent leadership skills with a focus on reaching results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
