Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
  1. In-depth knowledge of Jávea’s real estate market.
  2. Deal with client allocations from initial contact with potential buyers until completion and post-completion of sales deals.
  3. Manage the full sales cycle, offering constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals.
  4. Organize and prepare agents for viewings and collaborate with international agents to ensure a high level of product knowledge.
  5. Set performance goals and KPIs for the team, track results and activity, and evaluate the efficiency of sales agents.
  6. Ensure all business goals and targets are fulfilled with the expected frequency: monthly, quarterly, annually.
  7. Manage all team members, mentoring, training, and coaching agents to develop individual skills and achieve positive results.
  8. Maintain a high level of customer service and represent the brand effectively.
  9. Assist agents with the sales process and actively participate whenever complications occur, providing creative sales and closing solutions.
  10. Participate in deal closure and offer management.
  11. Assist in the hiring process of commercial agents, providing requirements and feedback to improve recruitment efficiency.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
  • Specific knowledge of Jávea’s key areas and surroundings, including international clients.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
  • Professional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Financially oriented and capable of working in an international team.
  • Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Organized, flexible, and hands-on.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, especially with demanding national and international clients.
