Main Responsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge of Jávea’s real estate market.
- Deal with client allocations from initial contact with potential buyers until completion and post-completion of sales deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle, offering constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals.
- Organize and prepare agents for viewings and collaborate with international agents to ensure a high level of product knowledge.
- Set performance goals and KPIs for the team, track results and activity, and evaluate the efficiency of sales agents.
- Ensure all business goals and targets are fulfilled with the expected frequency: monthly, quarterly, annually.
- Manage all team members, mentoring, training, and coaching agents to develop individual skills and achieve positive results.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and represent the brand effectively.
- Assist agents with the sales process and actively participate whenever complications occur, providing creative sales and closing solutions.
- Participate in deal closure and offer management.
- Assist in the hiring process of commercial agents, providing requirements and feedback to improve recruitment efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
- Specific knowledge of Jávea’s key areas and surroundings, including international clients.
- Experience managing a team.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Professional appearance, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Financially oriented and capable of working in an international team.
- Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Organized, flexible, and hands-on.
- Outstanding customer service skills, especially with demanding national and international clients.
