This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as Manager of CRM, Systems and Tools within our Revenue Operations team. The successful candidate will oversee our Salesforce CRM system, ensuring its optimal use to drive sales initiatives. This role involves managing a team of CRM specialists and collaborating with various departments to align our CRM strategy with business goals in a fast-paced environment.
What you bring
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its components (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder Certification required; Business Analyst, Platform Developer I Certification is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of CRM professionals.
- Solid business understanding with the ability to translate needs into specific requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities, demonstrating strong project management and decision-making skills. Hands-on approach required.
- Strong personal accountability and alignment with Remote's values.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce.
- Develop and implement CRM policies, procedures, and best practices to support GTM goals.
- Establish and enforce Salesforce governance policies for scalable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to development best practices, including code reviews and version control.
- Maintain documentation related to Salesforce configurations and processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop CRM team members, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Promote an agile, innovative working environment.
- Assess team capacity, allocate resources, and prioritize projects based on business needs.
- Monitor progress and adjust workloads to meet deadlines.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and identify process improvements.
- Lead Salesforce integrations with other systems and tools, collaborating with IT and other departments.

Remote Compensation Philosophy
Remote aims to provide fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits globally. We pay above local rates to support global talent and local wealth development in developing countries. The salary range for this role is $51,700 to $116,350 USD, dependent on experience, skills, and location, among other factors.
