Job Description

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Spain, reporting to the HR Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage and contribute to all HR projects, ensuring the achievement of business results within the territory.

Main Duties

  • HR Operations Support : Manage personnel administration, contracts, payroll, time control, and HR software (SAP - Employee Central). Handle labor sanctions, translate industrial agreements, and maintain policies and reporting.
  • Recruitment Management : Oversee the entire recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviews, and developing recruitment channels. Collaborate with organizations and maintain a talent database. Focus on technical profiles (e.g., electromechanical, IT), sales, and administrative roles (e.g., finance).
  • Project Development : Lead key HR projects related to people development and training activities. Coordinate with headquarters in Germany and the USA to implement global strategies.
  • Health and Safety Support : Support the team in Health and Safety procedures, environmental management, premises maintenance, company car management, and policy adherence.

What you should bring with you :

  • Studies related to psychology, HR, or similar fields.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Office 365).
  • Minimum English level B2-C1 (constant communication with Germany / USA).
  • 10 years of experience in recruitment and HR.
  • Proficiency in managing databases and recruitment channels.
  • Having a driver's license is a plus.
  • Experience with multiple work centers and industrial sectors is a plus.
