On E-Frontiers, we are seeking a

Project Manager with fluency in German and English

to lead and coordinate key projects across international teams for a German-based retail company.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, manage, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
2. Liaise with German-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
3. Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
4. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
5. Track project progress and performance using appropriate tools.
6. Manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively.
7. Prepare regular reports and documentation for stakeholders.
8. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations.
9. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
10. Travel to Germany when required (once per quarter).

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager (3+ years preferred).
2. Fluency in German (C1-C2), both written and spoken.
3. Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).
6. Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. (PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus).

Conditions:

1. Freelance contract.
