Formación

Job Description :

  • Program Coordination: Collaborate with program managers, project managers, and teams to establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for all strategic projects. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and dependencies associated with the projects, work with relevant stakeholders to mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to C-level members, providing insights into project status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall project health.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and improve project outcomes. Share best practices and implement standardization where appropriate.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold high-quality standards for project deliverables, ensuring that all work meets established guidelines, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication Facilitation: Foster effective communication channels within the IT department and across various teams involved in the projects. Ensure smooth information flow, promote collaboration, and address any communication challenges.
  • Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to project teams on project management best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Program Cost Management: Monitor programs' financial performance from cost estimation, budget planning, cost baseline creation, cost tracking, and controlling to implementing and reporting performance measuring (CPI - Cost Performance Index, SPI - Schedule Performance Index, etc).
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7 years of proven experience in project management and project coordination within an IT environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools. PMP, SAFe, or similar certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools (Jira, Monday.com, etc).
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and calculate data, metrics, and project performance indicators.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders (technical, business, and C-level) with the ability to explain technology in non-technical terms.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivates innovation: creates new and better ways for the organization to be successful.
  • Collaborative: builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Ensures accountability: Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Hybrid role: 3 days at our offices / 2 days at home.
