We are seeking a talented Genesys Cloud Developer to join our team. In this role, you will :

• Design, develop, and implement IVR solutions using Genesys Cloud Architect technology.
• Create and maintain bots and chatbots to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Participate actively in all phases of the software development cycle, including design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
• Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in IVR and chatbot development.
• Work closely with project teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IVR and experience with Genesys Cloud Architect.
• Experience in developing bots and chatbots.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Participation in high-quality projects focused on digitalization.
• Work with the latest technologies.
