How you will create an impact:

• Enable our business through the utilization of M365 services and contribute to the hybrid-cloud transformation of IT systems and services.
• Perform maintenance, lifecycle management, and daily administration of hybrid IT systems both on-premises and in the cloud.
• Monitor systems and services actively, providing incident escalation response.
• Stay updated with industry knowledge of relevant technologies and serve as a subject matter expert in your area.
• Contribute to technical and process documentation regularly.
• Mentor less experienced IT colleagues.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field; industry certifications are a plus.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in hybrid M365 / Azure environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, CA & PKI, Group Policy, File and Print Services.
• Experience with M365 collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange) and virtualization (VMware, Microsoft RDS).
• Proven IT project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of working independently and in diverse international teams.
