What you will do in this role

  • Secure new customer wins by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with team members.
  • Provide technical product overviews and insights tailored to customer needs and usage scenarios.
  • Enhance technical knowledge by delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
  • Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as needed.
  • Demonstrate technical and business solutions to customers via Teams.
  • Serve as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team with potential customers.
  • Conduct group and one-on-one training sessions on topics of expertise.
  • Continuously research and educate yourself on the latest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing for Microsoft and competitors.

  • Native or proficient in Italian and advanced in English.
  • 3-6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development.
  • Minimum Fundamentals certification required; L200 preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of end-user scenarios, technical architecture, identity, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud / hybrid solutions.
  • Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning.
  • Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communication solutions, including migrations and management.
  • Proven track record of performance and goal achievement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for customer-facing roles.

Preferred additional qualifications :

  • Experience in technical sales or presales environment.
  • Background in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
  • Master’s degree in related fields.
