The Data Manager plays a crucial role in building, maintaining, and improving QHSE data to enhance operational excellence within the division.

Key responsibilities include:

• KPIs and dashboards design:
  • Support the central QHSE team in defining relevant KPIs at various organizational levels.
  • Design dashboards in collaboration with the central QHSE team.
• Data collection & analysis:
  • Oversee the collection of QHSE data by coordinating with controlling and operational teams across SARIA countries.
  • Develop tools and processes to ensure data quality and a 'single point of truth.'
  • Build a network with plants and countries to handle ad hoc data requests.
  • Prepare reports for QHSE managers and suggest improvements proactively.
• Data governance:
  • Design and implement a data governance framework for QHSE metrics.
  • Identify data sources proactively and promote automation with IT teams.
• IT integration:
  • Serve as the main contact between QHSE and IT for data management, participating in the CARE project, a group-wide data visualization initiative.
  • Collaborate with IT to simplify data collection and storage processes.
  • Work with various data sources such as Excel, ERP, and SQL.
