Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for marketing system configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Create, manage, and document system processes; train users on best practices.
  • Maintain and refine CRM records, properties, lists, workflows, user management, and GDPR compliance.
  • Implement lead scoring, lead sources, chatbots, and automation tactics to improve conversion.
  • Manage data imports, ensuring accuracy, hygiene, and segmentation.
  • Ensure data security and governance for marketing systems.
  • Communicate with internal teams, identify pain points, and prioritize system enhancements.
  • Drive cross-platform integrations, including Salesforce, and collaborate with other system administrators and data teams.
  • Stay updated on data and technology changes impacting the marketing stack.
  • Evaluate future software solutions to meet marketing challenges.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in marketing, computer science, business, or related field.
  • Proficient in digital marketing automation and marketing technology (HubSpot required).
  • Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot-Salesforce sync is a plus.
  • Experience using technology and marketing to improve processes and performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and follow-through.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong business English.

Interview Process

  • 30-minute interview with a Global Talent Partner.
  • 90-minute interview with the Hiring Manager, including experience discussion and a task exercise.
  • 30-minute interview with another Hiring Manager.
