You will be immersed in functional and technical training of our tool, gaining firsthand experience of the work carried out by different technology teams to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the product.

Following this training, you will join an implementation and functional development team, collaborating with other squads using agile methodologies (Scrum) and participating in all ceremonies.

Your role will involve acting as a liaison between technical teams and customer implementation, with responsibilities such as:

1. Analyzing liquidity, interest, and FTP risk in financial entities at both national and international levels.
2. Participating in the design and evolution of management and regulatory reports required by various clients and financial entities, as well as in the development of new functionalities for MAT.
3. Contributing directly to the implementation or development of MAT, our ALM tool for interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and FTP.
4. Collaborating with clients to identify methods to measure, monitor, and control interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and FTP.
5. Managing small teams or work units.

Your profile

At least 4 years of experience in financial or insurance consulting, including financial risk consulting.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or similar fields.

High proficiency in English is mandatory.

Interest in working with technical teams, innovation, excellence, and a clear client focus, especially in international environments.

Knowledge of ALM tools is desirable.

Possession of a Master's degree in finance or professional certifications such as BTRM, FRM, or CFA is highly valued.
