The Client HR Tech Lead oversees the end-to-end technical landscape of Alight’s global payroll clients. They collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance to optimize HR technology solutions aligned with their business and HR transformation goals. They stay updated on product upgrades and identify opportunities for innovation. They also support the Client Service Lead with HR Tech topics to enhance client perception and technical delivery excellence.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with senior clients and internal teams. Knowledge of Alight’s standard products (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle hrX) and their features, capabilities, and integrations is required. A problem-solving mindset and coordination skills are also necessary.
