Organization Overview :
The Global Supply Chain Excellence organization focuses on standardization of business processes by emphasizing lean methodologies and master data management while interfacing with relevant key stakeholders including sites / networks, M&Q IT, and HR business partners.
Role Overview :
The Associate Director Global Supply Chain – GPO Warehouse serves as the business process owner for Lilly’s global warehousing processes. Responsibilities include defining and documenting global business processes, identifying and driving improvements, governing execution of the business processes, ensuring the tools and organization are capable, and supporting the capabilities in the organization through appropriate guidance and training.

Serve as an expert and key team member in major process Global Supply Chain design changes. Document and map the global business process. Capture and analyze business requirements and translate these into standardized business processes, including definitions, templates, data sources, technology roadmap, and roles and responsibilities. Development of key output and KPI requirements that support the warehouse process. Enable process design through technology and analytics.
Measurement and Continuous Improvement :
Track benefits and improvements into the business. Channel continuous improvement ideas and select suitable ones to turn into projects. Ensure the warehouse review processes happen on time.
