Job Description: Join a new team in Amazon Shipping as a Business Development professional in Spain. We seek a driven, entrepreneurial, analytical, and customer-obsessed individual to develop a sales pipeline, identify opportunities, negotiate with external partners, close deals, and gather market and customer insights to enhance our services and delight customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners.
  2. Sales Pipeline Development: Prospect, qualify, and nurture potential clients to meet revenue goals.
  3. Negotiation: Lead price negotiations, develop concession strategies, and close deals on favorable terms.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with operations, product, and tech teams to create solutions that add value and meet customer needs.
  5. Data Analysis and Performance Measurement: Develop pricing strategies, monitor performance, identify gaps, and seize opportunities.

This position is based in Madrid (4 Towers district, not Getafe) with moderate travel within Spain (up to 10%).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with data-driven improvements
  • Background in business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Strong ownership and results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging senior leadership
  • Ability to prioritize and achieve goals relentlessly
  • Native Spanish and professional English proficiency
  • Experience in tailored negotiations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in online advertising or high-tech services
  • MBA degree
  • Experience in B2C logistics
  • Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation
  • Experience working with databases
