Role

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our Cloud and Apple-based IT infrastructure, ensuring that our team operates efficiently and securely.

Who you are?

You are a problem-solver, self-starter, and tech enthusiast who thrives in an Apple-centric environment. You enjoy helping people with IT challenges, automating processes, and learning new technologies. You take ownership, adapt quickly, and are comfortable troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • IT Support & Troubleshooting
  • Serve as the first point of contact for MacOS, and cloud-based IT support.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth device and account setup.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Device & Identity Management
  • Administer Apple Business Manager and Mosyle Fuse for mobile device management (MDM).
  • Manage Google Workspace and Azure Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity access control.
  • Maintain security best practices for company devices and IT systems.
  • Administer Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.) and ensure smooth operations.
  • Support Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure services and basic cloud operations.
  • Automation & Scripting
  • Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate IT tasks and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and improve workflows between IT tools.
  • Security & Compliance
  • Monitor system security and implement IT best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies, including Zero Trust security models.

Requirements

Experience Required

  • Experience in IT support, system administration, and Apple-based environments.
  • Familiarity with :
  • Apple Business Manager & Mosyle Fuse (MDM)
  • Azure Entra ID (Identity & access management)
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (Basic cloud administration tasks)
  • Basic Python skills or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for learning and staying ahead in IT trends.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with IT automation and scripting.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (VPNs, DNS, Firewalls, etc.).
  • Experience with Zero Trust security models and endpoint management best practices.
