Job Opportunity : Sr. Electrical Engineer

Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer for a key client, a global leader in materials technology, to assist with a major project in Northern Spain. The role involves supporting the realization and construction phases, with full on-site presence required during construction.

• Start expected towards the end of this year or early next year.
• Initially engaged as an independent consultant (autónomo) through CMC.
• Potential for permanent employment after successful collaboration within a 2-year contract.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement tailored electrical systems aligned with operational requirements.
• Manage EPCs through all project phases, assisting and reporting to the project manager.
• Oversee electrical design approval, RFMA for subcontractors, and participate in vendor evaluations.
• Address electrical issues during construction, overseeing subcontractors during startup and commissioning.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to introduce process improvements and update drawings for handover.
• Support equipment upgrades and propose improvements for operational efficiency.
