Responsibilities
  1. Accounts: Manage a high volume of small spend accounts in SMB/MM or ENT segments.
  2. Risk: Identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn.
  3. Relationships: Build and maintain relationships by addressing pain points, offering solutions, and identifying growth opportunities.
  4. Product: Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal teams.
  5. Ensure a high-quality customer experience daily.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams to respond to customer requests promptly.
  7. Drive adoption of platform features to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Fluent in French and English

Minimum of 2+ years of relevant client-facing experience, preferably in a startup, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.

Strong relationship-building skills, calm under pressure, and ability to celebrate partners’ successes.

Data-savvy, capable of drawing insights from complex data and translating them into actionable recommendations.
