Your team

This role is part of our Paid Media team – Europe. They are responsible for driving user acquisition across our European markets and have a direct commercial impact.

Your role in the Team’s Success

As a Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid search strategies, campaign optimization, and performance analysis. You will play a crucial role in maximizing our return on investment (ROI) and achieving our business objectives through effective paid search strategies.

What you’ll do
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies aligned with business objectives (including PMAX, Demand gen), campaign structure, keyword targeting, ad copy, and bid management.
  • Perform regular keyword research and analysis to identify new keyword opportunities and refine keyword lists.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to continually refine and improve strategies.
Campaign Management :
  • Create, launch, and manage paid search campaigns ensuring they are properly structured and optimized for maximum performance.
  • Regularly review and optimize campaign budgets, bids, and targeting settings to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor keyword performance and adjust bidding based on performance data.
  • Perform A / B testing on ad copy and landing pages to improve performance and optimize conversion rates.
Expertise in Mobile app tracking :
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across mobile app platforms.
  • Implement and maintain tracking solutions using AppsFlyer and Firebase.
  • Develop strategies to overcome app tracking limitations in privacy-first environments.
Performance Analysis and Reporting :
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., SA360, Google Data Studio, ContentSquare) to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor & report on campaign performance, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Leverage ContentSquare expertise to analyze user behavior, heatmaps and session replays, and develop data-driven recommendations for landing page optimizations that improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to align paid search strategies with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of paid search initiatives.
What you’ll need for this role

Key Qualification Requirements :

  • 3 years of experience in paid search, with a focus on mobile acquisition.
  • Proven track record of scaling successfully paid search campaigns in multiple territories with demonstrated results in improving ROI and exceeding KPIs.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and at best Spanish. Any other European language would be a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads and Bing Ads. Working experience with other platforms a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Firebase, Appsflyer & SKAds. Other mobile app tracking platforms a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, and the ability to create data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Social Media / Paid Media, Communication, Business, Economics, Administration, or related field.
  • Google Ads certification is preferred.
