The job
As Destination Manager, your responsibilities will include maintaining supplier relations, checking availability with activity providers, confirming bookings, sending vouchers to clients, conducting pre-arrival checks, and resolving issues at destinations. You will ensure that all bookings are correct and coordinate with our sales team and clients to deliver the services paid for. Training will be provided, and you will be part of an Operations Team of six managing other destinations, who can assist you. This is a remote, work-from-home position. The role is full-time (40 hours/week), including emergency weekend phone coverage 1-2 weekends per month. Expect increased workload during peak season and less during off-season.
We offer a competitive fixed salary plus a significant bonus structure. The role involves responsibility, autonomy, and self-management.
