That's why we're looking to recruit an outstanding Project Manager to join the Customer Success Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing CS department projects: identifying objectives, completing work plans, and monitoring them.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage Customer Success projects, adding value to every interaction, from onboarding to renewals, retentions, cross-sell, etc.
  2. Identify growth opportunities and optimize existing and potential channels.
  3. Develop customized strategies tailored to each client and context, aligning with the client's business objectives.
  4. Collaborate with the product team to adapt the product to the customer's needs.
  5. Ensure project implementation within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
  6. Prioritize and manage team tasks to meet client commitments.
  7. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, focusing on their satisfaction to manage customer relationships.
  8. Analyze customer adoption and usage of the product; offer strategic advice to maximize results through effective utilization of the solution.
  9. Establish and monitor business KPIs using appropriate tools for accurate measurement.
  10. Achieve established goals through continuous result optimization.
  11. Develop dashboards for analyzing and interpreting results.

Required Skills and Experience

  1. At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development and/or solution deployment projects.
  2. Previous experience in customer experience/success or related roles.
  3. Proficiency in French, English, and Spanish.
  4. Ability to meet deadlines and handle tasks effectively.
