Seasonal Deckhand – Classic Sailing Yacht

We are seeking a deckhand to join our professional crew on a classic sailing yacht based in Palma de Mallorca. Ideal for enthusiastic, dynamic sailors eager to learn and grow in the yachting industry.

This is a non-liveaboard vessel - they provide a Housing Allowance.

Itinerary : Mediterranean

Salary : Paid in Euros, plus accommodation and food allowance, with 38 days of paid leave per year.

Experience / attributes required :

• 1 season’s previous experience on a SY preferred; racing experience is an asset.
• Assisting with deck operations including docking, anchoring, and tender driving.
• Maintaining exterior cleanliness and presentation of the yacht.
• Positive disposition, motivated character.
• Collaborating with fellow crew members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications required :

• STCW (fully updated).
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate valid for at least 6 months.
• Non-smoker, no visible tattoos.
