Job Summary :

Mars Petcare seeks a technical leader for our newly formed Digital Products, Platforms & Services team. This role focuses on enhancing our Consent, Identity, and Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities, driving the development of digital products that improve pet owner experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of software engineers to design and deliver high-quality SSO products.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize features.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Architect scalable software systems and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Communicate technical strategies and findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a leadership role with strong software development experience.
• Expertise in SSO, consent management, and authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and database technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred :

• Experience in a global multi-brand company.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations.
