Role Overview: Reporting to our Chief Global Customer Officer, the successful candidate ideally holds proven experience in key account sales and connectivity with large CPG retailers and suppliers. The candidate should have experience in CPG, Retail, and related Professional Services, with a focus on data-led insights and advisory capabilities to drive growth. Sales and client management experience in services industries is also advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide organizational, sales, and client service leadership for the Advantage Global business.
  2. Build strong business relationships with CPG clients, ensuring they gain value and insights from our work and advocating for Advantage.
  3. Achieve sales and profit goals within the client portfolio and meet new business development targets.
  4. Collaborate with the Commercial, Market, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with business strategy and processes, including financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts.
  5. Develop client service and product proposals by working across relevant functions.
  6. Utilize strong business acumen and negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  7. Support Market leaders in developing and nurturing client collaborations at the country level.
  8. Enhance the Advantage brand through keynote presentations, conferences, white papers, and publications.

Location: Ideally based in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, Germany). The role is remote (home office based). Travel may include client visits, conferences, and industry events.

  • Expertise in the CPG retail industry.
