Formación

Your profile

2+ years of experience in account management or customer success roles is a plus.

Advanced Excel skills

Excellent communication skills: eloquent and capable of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with property partners.

Empathetic and understanding of property partners; a powerful advocate for Spotahome’s partners.

Customer experience obsession

Entrepreneurial mindset, superior verbal and written communication skills, and ability to articulate value propositions to stakeholders.

Your mission

Serve as the first contact point for key property partners, managing strong relationships.

Optimize your partners' portfolios to increase listings and property availability.

Track, analyze, and report portfolio performance.

Identify and advise on solutions to improve listings and maximize bookings.

Create and suggest strategies to enhance portfolio performance.

Manage account matters such as listings, availability, payments, bookings, and issues promptly.
