The role

We are seeking a Junior Sales Account Executive to join the Ideals Virtual Data Room EMEA team remotely. Your main goal will be managing inbound inquiries from prospective clients across EMEA and converting these into paying customers using various sales techniques.

What you will do

  • Manage inbound requests (calls, emails, demos, meetings) from potential customers in your territory.
  • Assist customers in solving complex problems using Ideals’ internal tools and techniques.
  • Achieve high Lead-to-Deal conversion rates while maintaining compliance with sales processes.
  • Present products through online and offline demonstrations.
  • Share market insights to enhance the sales process.
  • Provide an excellent buying experience.
  • Nurture and reactivate previous leads and lost deals to convert them into customers.

What you bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in a full sales cycle closing role within a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, demonstrating high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
  • Quick learner with the ability to process and understand new product, business, and customer information.
  • Strong skills in identifying problems and handling objections.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and client meetings.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling financial products or services.
  • Additional language skills.
