Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter is responsible for coordinating the recruitment process of potential employees of the hospital. The functions include sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and proper onboarding of new hires.

Required Experience

  • Minimum two (2) years of recruitment experience with a working knowledge of applicable State and Federal employment laws.
  • Minimum two (2) years recruitment experience with a proven track record; to include interviewing, collaboration with school programs and coordination of job fairs.
  • Ability to facilitate, negotiate, collaborate and coordinate functions relative to the recruitment process.
  • Current CA Driver’s license and auto insurance.
