Job Opportunity: Paid Search Specialist

We’re working with an innovative platform in the job search industry, used by millions to connect employers and job seekers. We’re seeking a Paid Search Specialist to lead acquisition strategies through paid campaigns and scale results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Optimize campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Bing, ASA) to maximize web conversions and app installs.
  2. Manage key projects including employer sign-ups and in-app actions (CPI / CPA).
  3. Design keyword strategies, conduct A/B tests, and use advanced analytics to boost ROI.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, creative, marketing) and pursue professional growth.
  5. Work remotely with flexibility.

Key Requirements:

  1. 4+ years managing large-budget, scalable campaigns.
  2. Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  3. Experience in marketplaces, SaaS, or B2B is preferred.
  4. Proven track record in app install campaigns and conversion metrics.
  5. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize strategies.
  6. Advanced Spanish language skills are preferred.
