A leading company in payment processing seeks an ambitious individual to shape its partnerships strategy. This role involves sourcing and negotiating partnerships, collaborating with various teams, and managing existing relationships to drive revenue growth. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of payment systems and proven experience in selling complex solutions.

Formación

  • Proven experience selling complex enterprise solutions and/or payment services.
  • Understanding of payment systems and digital solutions.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive projects with minimal supervision.

Position at Ant Group Ant International’s Antom is a leading provider of payment processing services for merchants worldwide. Antom offers comprehensive, vertical-specific digital payment solutions tailored to meet the needs of merchants of all sizes. Currently, Antom supports merchants across over 40 countries and regions, providing access to hundreds of payment methods globally. In addition to payment processing, Antom delivers digital marketing solutions through A+ Rewards—an adaptable marketing mini program / SDK integrated into e-wallets and payment apps. This platform enhances interactions between brands and customers, enabling global merchants to distribute a wide range of discounts to users of various digital payment platforms, ultimately helping them acquire and retain consumers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Help shape our partnerships strategy and lead the execution of it.
  • Source, negotiate, and close channel partnerships, from identifying shared-value opportunities to signing agreements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to launch and grow scalable partnerships that directly impact revenue and new logo acquisition.
  • Manage and grow existing partner relationships to drive maximum value for Antom and our partners.
  • Build repeatable processes and create a framework to evaluate, onboard, and grow future channel partnerships.

What we are looking for :

  • Ambitious individual network in the Spanish market who is looking to innovate.
  • Understanding of payment systems and digital solutions.
  • Proven experience selling complex enterprise solutions and / or payment services to both working-level and senior executive decision-makers.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to analyze client needs deeply and provide strategic insights.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, consultative selling, and relationship management skills.
