An established industry player is seeking a skilled ERP/SAP Consultant to join a dynamic team focused on driving digital transformation. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ERP methodologies to guide clients through complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Formación

• 6-8 years of experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects, preferably in consulting.
• Strong methodological background in SAP rollouts and tools.

What You'll Do

At BCG Platinion you will work alongside a bold, energetic and collaborative team. You will evaluate and coach our clients' technology teams, define technology strategies, manage quality and risk while maintaining client expectations and escalations. You will help us design the future. You will develop and grow by being exposed to new and complex challenges daily. Interacting with the client's leadership team together with the BCG Platinion leadership team, you will develop superior digital and technology concepts and architecture solutions as well as manage requirements and configurations actively by applying your sound technical know-how, your understanding of business contexts, and your analytical and conceptual skills.

Our clients expect BCG Platinion to provide sound advice on all relevant IT issues. In particular, the migration to the SAP S / 4HANA solution against the background of the planned maintenance stop presents our customers with special challenges. The number of questions regarding "why" and "how" is increasing and is as well influenced by external factors.

In order to serve our customers even better, we would like to strengthen our SAP team. Together with our customers, you will actively develop superior ERP SAP methodology, concepts and solutions and apply your sound technical and process-related understanding.

What You'll Bring

• Between 6-8 years of relevant experience in the context of strategic ERP / SAP projects, preferably in top consulting companies.
• Strong methodological background, knowledge of relevant procedures in the context of SAP rollouts such as SAP ASAP, , SAP Activate
• Knowledge of the corresponding supporting procedures and tools (template management, solution manager, release management / transportation, process modelling ...), incl. modern CD / CI environments (Jenkins)
• Overview of SAP S / 4HANA and business solutions that are relevant in the context of large transformation projects.
• Overview of the different hosting alternatives for SAP S / 4HANA solution (on-premise, any-premise, Private cloud, RISE with SAP, Grow with SAP…)
• Overview on modern, data-driven overall architectures, in particular the overall integration of different individual modules to end-to-end processes (Purchase-2-Pay, Order-2-Cash, Lead-2-Quote, Record-2-Report, Hire-2-Retire etc.)
• Knowledge of the latest SAP products & innovations such as SAP BDC, SAP Business AI or SAP BTI Services.
• Deep knowledge about SAP Data & Analytics portfolio and products.
• Experience with the management of decision processes at large organisations level
• Ability to align individuals and organizations to a common goal
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, strong customer and results orientation and mental agility
• Spanish is mandatory.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• A University degree with above average academic performance in a STEM related field or business management
