About The Role

Pricing & Rebates Manager is part of the Revenue Growth Management Team of South Europe, directly reporting to the lead of the district.

As a Strategic Business Partner for Sales, Trade Marketing, and Finance, as part of the Commercial Excellence Team, the Pricing & Rebate Manager will work on :

  • Portfolio architecture to trade up profit at the product level.
  • Pricing effectiveness to maximize value from our price positioning.
  • Promotion & price corridor to maximize ROI on promotions.
  • Trade term management to control investments and develop pay-for-performance programs.
  • Mix management to prioritize investments toward more profitable channels, customers, and products.

The Impact You’ll Make

  • Drive continuous improvement in sales & profitability.
  • Ensure full implementation of commercial policies in line with regulations and Versuni standards.
  • Control trade term investments and ensure accuracy from accruals to settlements.
  • Enhance pricing strategy, price route management, and promo effectiveness to maximize profit.
  • Identify and resolve disputes.

The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales administration or finance; experience in pricing or rebate management is a plus.
  • Experience in the retail sector (FMCG, small domestic appliances, electronics) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills required.
  • Full understanding of SAP cycle from accruals to settlement.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to collaborate as a business partner across sales, trade marketing, and finance.
  • Analytical skills for reporting and data-driven decision making.
  • Operational skills for managing the cycle from accruals to settlements, with strong SAP involvement.
