Capitole Consulting is seeking an IT Support Azure Specialist to lead a multicultural team. This fully remote role involves managing incidents, fulfilling service requests, and leveraging Azure technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in service desk operations and cloud environments, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and user support.

IT Support Azure Specialist — An exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural team!
Help Desk, Incident and Service Request Management, Ticketing Systems (e.g., Jira, Freshdesk, Remedy, get.IT), experience with third-party software vendors, and cloud environment/infrastructure knowledge (Azure preferred). Basic familiarity with cloud visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, DataIKU), cloud analytics tools (e.g., HDI R, HDI Spark, Data Bricks), monitoring and logging (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights), big data compute tools (e.g., Data Science VMs, WebApps).
The role includes being the primary contact for user questions, incident reporting, and ensuring smooth incident and service request processing.
Incident Management: Serve as the single point of contact for users, record and categorize incidents, evaluate escalation needs, analyze root causes, track and resolve 1st level incidents, coordinate with 2nd level support, monitor incidents, and verify solutions before closing.
Service Request Fulfillment: Record, categorize, prioritize, fulfill, and close service requests, informing requesters throughout the process.
Advise end-users, support service/application owners, manage user credentials, monitor services, generate incident reports, and implement improvement measures. Keep abreast of new technologies to improve tools and processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure platform (Portal, CLI), Azure WebApps, Function Apps, ADLS Gen2, Azure Databases, Windows/Linux VMs, Azure AD, Azure Networking, Azure SaaS, Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, container management (Docker, Kubernetes), and scripting skills. Experience with supporting Azure services, ADLS, and Azure Data Factory is a plus.
English (C1 level)
Fully remote with flexible schedule, including a Friday intensive day.
