Job Description: Golang Engineer

Responsibilities:

3. Maintain best practices and patterns in backend design and development.

Technical Skills and Requirements:

• Backend Development: Proficiency in Golang (primary), with experience in clean architecture and microservices.
• Real-time Processing: Experience with Apache Kafka for real-time transaction processing.
• APIs & Networking: Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL (relational), and NoSQL for high-throughput data.
• CI/CD: Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and automated testing/deployment pipelines.
• At least 8 years of experience in backend development.
• Proven experience in the FinTech industry, including digital banking, payments, fraud detection, or compliance systems.
