While this is a remote position, we are currently only considering candidates between UTC-1 to UTC+2.

Are you a top-performing salesperson? A hunter? Do you love the tech / software world and are you looking for the opportunity to sell a hot product with unlimited income potential?

As an AE, you will be responsible for pitching Landbot’s products and services to leads, assisting, and closing sales. You will also execute and iterate our sales strategy to increase company performance and identify new business opportunities. The goal is to drive sustainable growth and forge strong relationships with customers.

You’ll also analyze data, provide feedback to the Marketing team, and ensure our go-to-market strategy is effective.

While we’re looking for a ‘closer’, teamwork is essential, so expect to assist at different stages of the sales funnel.

Main functions
  1. Achieving a monthly quota via phone, email, and meetings.
  2. Mastering the Landbot platform and staying updated with new features.
  3. Conducting successful business meetings, including demo sessions, with prospective clients arranged by our Sales team.
  4. Understanding prospects’ pain points, challenges, and needs for their specific use case.
  5. Assisting users during the trial period, converting opportunities into customers.
  6. Optimizing and managing our sales strategy.
  7. Sharing customer insights and feedback with marketing and product teams.
  8. Supporting the sales team and contributing to overall success.
  9. Building, maintaining, and expanding client relationships.
Qualifications
  1. Proven top performer with at least 3 years of experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup.
  2. Experience with mid-market customers.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to build trust with clients.
  4. Comfortable conducting meetings via video conference.
  5. Resourcefulness in solving conflicts and problems autonomously.
  6. Strong negotiation skills, including preparing for negotiations and reviewing sales documentation.
  7. Experience with modern CRM tools like Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar.
  8. Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus.
  9. Experience in the chatbot / communications automation industry.
  10. Knowledge of Digital / Conversational Marketing.
