As a Technical Account Manager at Rossum, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve success by leveraging our state-of-the-art AI and intuitive user interface to eliminate unnecessary paperwork and streamline their workflows.
You will work closely with customers to understand their unique business and technical needs, guiding them through any technical challenges they may encounter.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong customer-facing skills, a hands-on technical background, and enjoy solving problems through data extraction and solutioning.

What you will do
- Serve as the main technical contact for customers throughout their contract.
- Manage complex customer projects involving multiple stakeholders with different skill sets and needs.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience and Sales teams to deliver excellent technical and commercial customer experiences.
- Consult with the Rossum product team on platform improvements and advocate for customer views.
- Perform basic scripting in Python to tweak and configure customer accounts for optimal user experience, utilizing tools like the Calculations extension for data operations.
