A leading company is seeking a finance/accounting professional to manage the financial operations of its Spanish subsidiary. The role involves overseeing accounts receivable, resolving payment discrepancies, and preparing internal reports. This remote position requires experience in finance/accounting and strong communication skills, with a preference for candidates fluent in English and additional language skills.

Formación

• Experience in finance/accounting, especially in accounts receivable/payable.
• Proficient in Golden Soft and MS Office (Excel).
• Fluent in English; Spanish and German are advantages.

Descripción del empleo

• Manage the financial accounting of our Spanish subsidiary in close coordination with stakeholders.
• Oversee accounts receivable, dunning processes, credit limit applications, and credit checks.
• Resolve payment discrepancies, perform account reconciliations, and support closing activities.
• Prepare internal reports, maintain master data, and generate statistics.

Qualification :

• Experience in finance / accounting, especially in accounts receivable / payable.
• Proficient in Golden Soft, MS Office (Excel); Navision or similar ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Analytical, independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style.
• High initiative, strong communication skills, and fluent in English; Spanish and German skills are an advantage.
