In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and integrating SAP HCM solutions to meet our clients' needs. Responsibilities include:

1. Developing and maintaining SAP ABAP programs for the HCM module.
2. Implementing improvements and optimizing SAP processes.
3. Documenting developments and conducting technical testing.
4. Collaborating with functional consultants and business teams to implement effective solutions.

Minimum qualifications:

1. At least 2 years of experience in ABAP development for the HCM module.
2. Knowledge of integration with other systems using IDOCs and Web Services.
3. Experience in debugging and optimizing ABAP code.
4. Advanced English proficiency.
