Join Axpo and take your talent game to the next level. As our new Talent Acquisition Channels Specialist , you’ll own the sourcing strategy, attraction campaigns, and recruiting tech. Think of this as your open-world mission to reshape how we connect with top talent—fast cars not included, but high-impact recruiting tools definitely are.

What’s your mission :

  • Take full control of attraction channels : job boards, sourcing tools, social platforms—your recruiting playground
  • Run campaigns in collaboration with Employer Branding to boost talent pipelines
  • Launch pilot tests and explore untapped digital zones (new tools & platforms)
  • Track performance metrics and optimize for high ROI and top-tier hires
  • Build automated, personalized candidate communication touchpoints from start to onboarding
  • Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and upgrade recruiting flows using data and automation

What you bring & who you are :

  • 8+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting operations, or talent marketing
  • Proficiency with ATS, CRMs, and automation tools
  • Knowledge of talent market trends and digital attraction strategies
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management—collaboration is key
  • Ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, creative, and eager to try new tools and tactics
