Our platform helps property owners and managers efficiently manage and market their rental businesses online. We are an international team of over 350 people from more than 60 nationalities, based in sunny Barcelona.
Role Overview : As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through analysis, creativity, and execution. You will scale affiliate, referral, and conversion strategies while optimizing the customer journey for measurable results. Collaboration with CRM, product, design, and sales teams will be essential. Success in this role requires being proactive, results-oriented, and quick to act on insights.
Key Responsibilities :
- Affiliate & Referral Program Management : Own strategy, implementation, and optimization to increase acquisition, retention, and viral growth. Recruit and onboard partners, and continually refine program performance.
- Conversion Rate Optimization : Analyze customer journeys, funnels, and behaviors to identify friction points. Conduct A / B and multivariate tests to improve landing pages, onboarding, and user flows.
- Data-Driven Insights : Monitor metrics like CAC, LTV, churn, MRR. Create dashboards and reports to inform strategy and share insights with stakeholders.
- Market & Competitor Research : Stay updated on industry trends, analyze competitors, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Product-Led Growth (PLG) : Drive PLG initiatives by optimizing user flows, onboarding, and trial-to-paid conversions, especially in our B2B SaaS, freemium, and self-service models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless user experiences.
Ideal Candidate :
- 3+ years in growth marketing, especially with affiliate / referral programs.
- Experience designing and implementing affiliate, viral, loyalty, or referral programs.
- Strong understanding of business metrics (MRR, ARPU, CPA, LTV, churn) and proven ability to improve them.
- Successful CRO experience, including A / B testing and user flow analysis.
- Comfortable working with technical teams and communicating effectively.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio). Ability to analyze data and create professional presentations.
- Proactive, hands-on, self-starter, thriving in fast-paced environments. Eager to learn new growth tools and trends.
- Excellent English communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly.

- Understanding of PLG strategies and customer journey optimization in B2B SaaS contexts.
