Position : Senior Financial Accountant - Accounts Payable

Location : Ebury Leon - 4 days a week in the office (1 day remote)

As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will work in the Finance - Global Accounting Services department.

The Role

Working as a key part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for processing invoices on the accounts payable side, making payments, and controlling expenses. You will ensure compliance with accounting policies and play a crucial role in financial decision-making processes. Responsibilities :

  • Executing supplier payments by receiving, processing, and verifying invoices.
  • Handling and resolving all vendor queries regarding finance.
  • Ensuring accuracy by reconciling processed work through verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Maintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
  • Participating in cross-departmental projects.
  • Collaborating in the external audit process.
  • Assisting in the implementation of new systems.
  • Managing the verification of expense reports.

Requirements :

  • Experience in finance within the Accounts Payable department.
  • University degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite / Oracle, SAP, NAV).
  • Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
