ADP is hiring a Payroll Portuguese Specialist. This role involves working with a portfolio of Portuguese payroll clients worldwide, managing client portfolios, ensuring legal compliance, and participating in internal projects to implement new tools or processes.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate employee payments, compliance with regulations, process improvements, and staying updated on tax laws, labor laws, and payroll best practices. What you’ll do :

• Manage client service requests and legal aspects related to payroll.
• Resolve incidents and conduct regular client meetings to update payroll processes.
• Review and prepare data for payroll processing, perform functional tests, and process payroll ensuring quality controls.
• Manage payroll periods and send periodic reports (IRS, social security, payroll reconciliation).

A college degree is not required; relevant experience and skills are more important. Acceptable experiences include:

• 2-4 years in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Portuguese labor law, payroll software, and Excel.
• Experience processing over 1000 payrolls, and knowledge of DMR/Social Security, new hires, and terminations.

Bonus points for native Portuguese speakers.
