Reporting To : Offshore Document Control Manager / Project Quality Manager

Duration : Start Date : 1st July 2025, End Date : 31st December 2025

Working Location(s) : Remote Working

Working Pattern : Monday - Friday, 5 days a week

2. Main Purpose of Job

  • Perform quality checks on documents, including signatures, dates, and drafting / editing sentences. Ensure documents are prepared on correct templates for internal and external use.
  • Train employees in proper document creation and filling procedures.
  • Handle document retrieval requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Organize and archive documents, maintaining control through the Electronic Document Management System, including tracking and follow-ups.
  • Conduct QA checks on all published documents and perform storage duties, including scanning, filing, and safeguarding documents from theft or destruction. Adhere to retention schedules and be proficient in Microsoft applications.

3. Key Tasks

  • Maintain the document management system and MDRs.
  • Assist and participate in audits.
  • Conduct training sessions for project personnel.

6. Industry and Software Experience

Understanding of document control procedures is essential. Experience in the wind or electricity generation industry and familiarity with Aconex is advantageous but not mandatory.
