This role will deliver one of the most sensitive, valuable, and analytical HR services, globally across 27+ countries. This role is remote.
What You’ll Do
- Onboarding Assistance: Support new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth integration. Assist in preparing onboarding materials and documentation. Coordinate with different departments to ensure new hires have necessary resources.
- HR Operations & Administration: Maintain accurate HR records and assist in data entry tasks. Support HR team in benefits enrolment, opt-out processes, census data. Assist in tracking HR metrics, PTO usage, and audits. Collaborate on various projects within the Human Resources department, both locally and internationally.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the required skills and experience include:
- Students nearing completion of their degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Good organizational skills and tech-savviness.
- Attention to detail and process orientation.
- Interest in understanding and participating in the development of HR processes and initiatives.
- Advanced English skills.
- Willingness to learn, innovate, problem-solve, and be proactive.
- Availability for a 6-month internship contract.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment with cutting-edge technologies.
