Position: Regional Engineering Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Engineering Manager to support our sites in Spain, France, Italy, and Belgium.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Facility Engineering and Maintenance functions within your assigned region.
• Provide direction and operational support for refrigeration, facility, and material handling equipment maintenance activities.
• Advise and initiate actions aligned with the Lineage Europe Maintenance and Engineering strategy, in consultation with the Director of Engineering Europe.
• Assess technical activities of Lineage in the region, both in-house and outsourced.
• Manage value-added services such as mechanized sortation, packing, and picking.
• Region responsibility (ability to manage remotely): Develop and execute strategies and annual plans, including budget, operational performance, and SOPs.
• Knowledge of contract management and SLAs: Measure metrics like energy efficiency, quality, employee productivity, and safety.
• Lead employee training and development, focusing on technical and functional skills.
• Implement continuous improvement processes for refrigeration, facility maintenance, and warehouse automation systems.
• Ensure safety and efficiency program compliance.
