We are looking for AI experts to join our AI team to accelerate the evolution of our technology. By assembling a dynamic and passionate team of engineers, we aim to delight our customers by designing and executing next-generation solutions focused on insight, automation, and agility.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development of AI solutions for platforms and products within the NetSuite ecosystem.
• Design and architect multi-agent systems.
• Build MVPs that can scale seamlessly.
• Scale MVPs for diverse customer portfolios.
• Train and utilize Generative AI models in combination with deep learning models to create advanced AI agents.
• Evaluate and benchmark these models and systems.

Technical Skills

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong engineering background with over 10 years in solving user-facing problems.
• Solid experience with Java (preferably) or other OOP programming languages.
• At least 2 real-world AI applications or services with a substantial user base.
• At least 4 years of experience working with distributed systems.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks like LLamaIndex, Langchain, CrewAI, Autogen.
• Experience with at least 2 LLMs and customization of these models.
• Fluent in Business English, both written and verbal.
