Responsabilidades

• Realizar acciones comerciales con clientes y planificar visitas.
• Gestionar cobros con clientes para cumplir objetivos financieros.
• Colaborar con equipos técnicos para maximizar la satisfacción del cliente.

Conocimientos

Proficiencia en MS Office 365

Inglés (nivel mínimo B2)

Educación

Diploma o Grado (preferiblemente en Ingeniería o Arquitectura)

About the Company

GRUPO OTIS, a leading company in the elevation sector globally and nationally, is hiring Commercial Technicians (M / F) across Spain .

Role and Responsibilities

As a Commercial Technician , your duties will include :

• Conducting commercial actions with clients, planning and executing visits and follow-ups to meet sales goals.
• Client acquisition.
• Managing collections with clients to ensure financial targets are met.
• Preparing truthful commercial reports within specified timelines and formats.
• Collaborating with technical teams to align objectives and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Participating in regular and special meetings as required.

Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should have :

• Education : Diploma or Degree (preferably in Engineering or Architecture). Higher Vocational Education.
• Experience : At least 3 years in related roles preferred.
• Computer Skills : Proficiency in MS Office 365.
• Languages : English at minimum B2 level.
• Other : Valid driving license B.
