We're looking for a motivated SAP Basis System Administration to join our international team and support a critical on-premise project in Germany.

Location : North of Munich – on-site presence is required, remote work is not an option.

Travel from Spain to Germany (Monday to Friday).

About the role

As a SAP Administrator, you'll be responsible for maintaining the core SAP Basis infrastructure, supporting Linux / Unix systems, and assisting in database and backup-related tasks within a secure, air-gapped on-prem environment. You will work in a structured ITIL-based setting as part of an experienced international team.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform SAP Basis system administration tasks : password management, support package installations, client copies, and system refreshes
• Support database administration operations (Oracle or HANA)
• Work with ticketing systems to manage incidents, problems, changes, and configurations
• Perform basic operational tasks with Netbackup and VMware (no full setup required)
• Contribute to writing and maintaining system documentation

What we're looking for (Summary)

• Some experience with SAP databases (Oracle and / or HANA)
• Understanding of Red Hat Linux, Netbackup, and VMware is a plus
• Comfortable working with ticketing systems in an enterprise environment
• Good command of English (spoken and written); basic German is a plus
• Proactive, reliable, and structured in your work
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Willingness to obtain Ü2 security clearance
• Eager to learn and grow technically, including earning new certifications
• Availability for rotating shifts, including occasional weekend work (1 Saturday / month)
