Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the respective material group and present results to stakeholders and internal users.
  2. Support performance of tenders, bid evaluations, and supplier/vendor negotiations considering TCO.
  3. Act as a Business Partner, managing interfaces with local markets, global/local operations, and vendors/partners.
  4. Monitor relevant procurement markets and support local markets in procurement challenges.

Desired Experience and Skills:

  1. University degree in business administration, industrial engineering, commercial education, or comparable qualification.
  2. Approximately 3 years of experience in operational/strategic purchasing with an international focus.
  3. Knowledge of purchasing processes and technical understanding (e.g., logistics supplies such as material handling equipment, fleet).
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP FI & MM preferred.
  5. Strong intercultural communication, analytical, solution-oriented, and negotiation skills.
